CONSIDERATIONS

BOOKING: While at my Homebase, I prefer a 24-48 hour notice for all scheduled sessions. This will give me the time to verify/clear your references and plan our special date. I am usually NOT available the "SAME DAY". So, PLEASE DO US BOTH A FAVOR AND...Plan ahead!

DEPOSITS:

When traveling out of state, a 50% Deposit for your booked session will be YOUR responsibility, no later than 5 business days before my travel date.  I ONLY accept VENMO. Any Deposit will be fully refunded if:

1. You cancel within 5 days. 

2. Anything should happen to my travel plans.

CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE READ CARFULLY!

If you have booked with me at my homebase (Grand Rapids, MI), You must cancel within 24 hours or you will be responsible for the cancellation fee (100%) of that scheduled session time.

If you have booked with me and you are a "NO SHOW / NO CALL", You WILL be responsible for the ENTIRE BOOKING FEE. 

These fees can be made through, VENMO. All fees accrued by the client should be submitted within 24hrs. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

I am normally available between 7am and 4pm. No calls after 9pm. PLEASE DO NOT TEXT ME, UNLESS I HAVE SEEN YOU BEFORE.
